At DankGraphics3D, we're excited for you to receive your unique designs, whether they're physical products or custom print-on-demand items! Please review our shipping policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders, particularly those for print-on-demand items, require a processing period before shipment. This allows us to create and prepare your custom product with the quality you expect.

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3-7 business days.

  • Peak Seasons & Holidays: During high-demand periods, such as holidays or special promotions, processing times may be extended. We will do our best to communicate any significant delays.

  • Business Days: Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected and your location.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery: 5-10 business days after shipment.

    • Carriers: We utilize various reputable carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) depending on the product and destination to ensure efficient delivery.

  • Expedited Shipping (if available):

    • Estimated Delivery: 3-5 business days after shipment.

    • Availability may vary by product and destination.

  • Express Shipping (if available):

    • Estimated Delivery: 1-3 business days after shipment.

    • Availability may vary by product and destination.

Please remember: The estimated delivery times are after your order has been processed and shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, as well as the selected shipping method.

  • Calculation: Shipping costs will be displayed clearly at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any conditions for free shipping (e.g., minimum order value) will be clearly stated on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care in packaging your items, but in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Lost Items: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Please allow time for the carrier's investigation process.

6. Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

  • Reshipment: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, or if it remains unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs. We will contact you to arrange redelivery.

  • Refunds for Undeliverable Packages: If you choose not to have the item reshipped, a refund for the product cost (minus original shipping fees and any return shipping charges incurred by us) may be issued once the item is safely returned to our facility.
