Where's my download?
By default, digital media is downloadable after purchase is completed. An email will also be sent with a link to the digital media and if an account is created at check-out, existing customers can navigate to their downloads page.
Is there any hidden fees?
Additional state tax is calculated at check-out based on the billing address provided.
How to obtain large downloads (5GB+)?
Digital media downloads provide a PDF file. Within that PDF is a link to our cloud storage vendor to obtain your media.
How to report abuse?

Is there any refund policy?
No refunds! All items are digital, once the digital item PDF is downloaded to the end customer, no refund will occur. If there is fraudulent dispute, please contact us at [email protected]
